Vendor Agreement
Vendor voluntarily agrees to participate in LearnShare's evaluation program and understands that information submitted by Vendor to LearnShare, along with LearnShare's own subjective and objective evaluation of Vendor's products, will be used by LearnShare to prepare reviews and make recommendations with respect to the suitability of Vendor's products for LearnShare's members and subscribers. Vendor, by its participation in this voluntary review program, hereby releases LearnShare and its officers, members, agents and employees of and from any and all claims for damages (including lost profits and other incidental and consequential damages) incurred or suffered, by Vendor as a result of any such review or recommendation.
