ISG had training centers in North America and Europe. She was then in charge of MU China, and finally, Director for MU North Asia.
Accomplishments in Asia include the establishment of an MBA program with a major in HRD, an in-house Executive Development program for hi-potential employees, a youth discovery program for the children of employees, customers and distributors, an action learning leadership academy for hi-potential executives, and tiers of learning strategies that align to business objectives.
