Lynne Morton, Principal/ Performance Improvement (PI) Solutions, Inc. is a globally recognized thought leader in talent management and management consultant on leadership development. She is the author of Integrated and Integrative Talent Management: A Strategic HR Framework (The Conference Board, 2004), Talent Value Imperatives (The Conference Board, 2005), and Differentiating Talent Management (CRF Publishing, 2005) and a frequent speaker at international programs such as The Institute for the Future, The Conference Board, HR-NY/SHRM, The Mergers & Acquisitions Institute, OD Network, Danish Industries Leadership Summit, and Cranfield University. Her ideas have appeared in OD and HR publications in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Among the specific issues she addresses for clients are: getting started in talent management, determining talent vulnerabilities, creating talent management strategies/programs, establishing competencies, developing leadership behavior, managing change, engendering teamwork, using emotional intelligence, establishing performance management processes, giving/getting feedback, making decisions, and turning managers into leaders. Prior to forming PI Solutions, Ms. Morton was Associate Director, Global Knowledge Management at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Vice President for Quality and Corporate Communication, Seabury & Smith (Marsh & McLennan). Lynne Morton holds a B.A. degree from Vassar College and an M.A. degree from Georgetown University. A native New Yorker, she is a facilitator for AmericaSpeaks Network and serves on the Board of Director. of the OD Network of Greater New York and the Talent Management Thought Leaders panel for Human Capital Institute. Ms. Morton is certified in Lominger Career Architect and DiSC assessments. She is also the first recipient of the Human Capital Institute Human Capital Strategist certification.
Kittie Watson, a principal, COO and founder of Innolect Inc., has over twenty-five years of organizational development and consulting experience. She is highly skilled at designing, leading, and cascading innovative systems-wide change initiatives. As a successful executive and leadership coach, she works with clients to assess organizational needs, create protocols, and design systems for executive and leadership coaching initiatives. When working with leaders, Kittie is known for quickly sizing up the real crux of tough situations and providing leaders with powerful solutions that payoff with business results. Kittie works with the top leaders and teams of Fortune 500 companies such as: Entergy, Sysco Corporation, Chevron, Pfizer, Elsag-Bailey, Premier, Bank of America, American Security Group, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. As one of the top twenty-five most prolific women writers in communication, her books, articles, and assessment tools are used extensively by businesses and universities. A former chair of the Department of Communication at Tulane University, she has been featured on ABC’s 20/20 and in publications including: American Medical News, Bottom-line Personal, Money, Glamour, and Home Office Computing. Two of her most recent co-authored books Leadership Coaching: Pathway to Peak Performance and Listen Up, have been endorsed by Stephen Covey and released by St. Martin’s Press.
Ken Davis, is Vice President and President of Light / Medium Duty Transmission Division of Eaton Corporations Truck Group. As Vice President / President, Ken has global responsibility for Eaton’s Light and Medium Duty Transmission business. His role includes responsibility for operations in; North and South America, Poland, Japan and China. Ken also has operating responsibility for the Truck Group’s newly formed operations in India. Davis assumed his current role in April 2004 after serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Clutch Division in Auburn Indiana. Previous to his roles as General Manager, Ken spent 15 years in a variety of sales and marketing roles within Eaton’s Truck Group. Ken joined Eaton in1986.
From 1982 to 1986, Davis was the Sales manager for Whiteford Kenworth in South Bend, Indiana. From 1979 to 1982, Ken worked for International Harvester Company in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ken and His wife Teri also ran a small trucking company in South Bend in the early 1980’s. Davis received a bachelor of science degree in general management from Purdue University in West Lafayette Indiana and a master of business administration from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
