About the Summit
Do you have a talent pool that will ensure your continued business success? Are you thinking about what others are doing to nurture their high potentials? Are you wondering how your initiatives for high potentials can fit into an entire talent management framework? These are the kinds of issues that senior leaders are concerned about now and, so, are probably on your mind, too.
LearnShare's Summit entitled "Developing High Potentials: Meeting the Talent Challenge" will be a valuable program for you. It will provide you with an opportunity to learn from peers and thought leaders and to share some of your own ideas. The Summit is a 1.5 day program, offering an intimate and confidential sharing experience for senior executives. Among the issues to be explored are senior management perspectives on HiPo development, tools/technology that make a difference, and strategic frameworks for developing HiPos. The meeting is being hosted by Eaton, at their superior University, a setting worth seeing unto itself. Globally known thought leader on talent management, Lynne Morton, will not only be sharing some of her research and insights, but will also be facilitating the entire session."
