Retail Trainer - Columbus, OH

Position Type: Full-time
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Duties: If you are a dynamic and results-driven trainer this is the career opportunity for you! Do you want to be part of one of the fastest growing company's in the retail sector? Do you have the presentation skills to hold the attention of a retail audience of adults with various learning styles? Do you have retail management experience of your own? You will need to be able to effectively facilitate retail-learning events in weeklong training sessions. This position will implement and deliver technical and front-line retail training in support of company initiatives, for a retail audience, in store-centered training environments. This position will require you to deliver repetitive, intense, skill-based training to multiple adult learners in classroom and on-the-job settings. You will be responsible for monitoring, assessing and reporting trainee progress and success. You will also be responsible for the overall management of the learning environment. There are currently 35 Training Centers located throughout our 30 state network of over 7,500 stores. Requirements: Is this you?
