Dr. Christine Fleming leads the corporate university for Quiznos Sub, a leader in the quick service restaurant industry and among the fastest growing franchise organizations in the world. Her background includes nearly every facet of education and training: secondary teaching, college teaching and administration, corporate training, instructional design, and training leadership. She has directed training for more than 12,000 learners and developed over 500 classroom and online courses.

Dr. Fleming holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Iowa, a master’s degree in education from Indiana University, and in 2005 completed her Ph.D. at Capella University in education with a specialization in instructional design for online learning.
