This new role requires the setting and implementation of an enterprise-wide learning strategy for the 125,000 partners and 11,000 restaurants, operating in 37 countries, to enable the planned and systematic growth of the brand around the globe.

Byron ConcevitchChief Learning Officer Verint Systems Bill Byron Concevitch serves as Chief Learning Officer for all of Verint’s business units, including the Witness Actionable Solutions division – which was created in 2007 following the successful combination of Verint’s contact center and enterprise solutions business units with workforce optimization solution provider Witness Systems. In his role, he leads the talent development and learning initiatives for employees, partners and customers around the globe. Prior to joining Witness Systems and subsequently Verint, Concevitch was chief learning officer of ExecuTrain Corporation. Other senior leadership positions include his work with Element K (formerly Ziff-Davis Education), Mentergy (Gilat Satellite Israel), KnowledgePool (the Fujitsu eLearning Company) and Learning Tree International, along with roles in the staffing and recruiting industry. Named one of the top 20 people to watch as “movers, shakers and thought leaders” by Lifelong Learning Market Report, his career in the learning and talent fields began with the Dale Carnegie Organization. Concevitch is a veteran of the music industry, holding professional certification in the recording arts and sciences from The Jon Miller School of Recording Arts and Sciences (JMSRAS). He is the author of several best-selling business books, including the recently released Counter-Intuitive Selling: Mastering the Art of the Unexpected, published by Kaplan Business Publishing and the soon-to be released What’s Happening To My Job? Increasing Your Odds of Surviving Mergers, Acquisitions, and Other Life-Changing Events. |
