JoAnne holds an MBA with a specialty in Technology Management. She has spent 10 years representing complex training solutions to numerous Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to joining ProCourse ROI in 2003, JoAnne spent 5 years as an account executive with Sun Microsystems, Educational Services.

In her current role with ProCourse, JoAnne has been a guest speaker at numerous trade events and partner symposiums. In her speaking role, JoAnne specializes in helping companies understand and demonstrate the value of training to the executive suite.

Jamie Glass, Knowledgenet


Jamie Glass oversees KnowledgeNet's marketing efforts, to grow the stature and brand identity of the company. Jamie brings more than 12 years experience in the learning industry and nearly two decades leadership experience in contributing to organizational goals and objectives through the management of sales, marketing and operations for leading learning and financial businesses. Participating at an executive management level with companies such as SmartForce, now SkillSoft formerly CBT Systems, Desert Document Services and Mastering Computers, she has been responsible for strategic planning, developing communications and marketing programs, and defining infrastructure and sales operations to support inside sales, field sales, partner programs and strategic relationships with proven revenue results.

Jamie holds a bachelor's degree in mass communication from the University of Utah.
