Keynote Presentations by:


Ray O'Lenic -- Ray O'Lenic is the e*Employee leader for Owens Corning. Ray's primary responsibility as a member of the HR leadership team is to establish an e*Enabled work environment supporting Owens Corning employees and HR processes world-wide. He has led planning and transition to e*Enabled processes in all areas of HR including Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning, Employee Development, and Staffing. Ray's current focus is on extending e*Enabled processes, establishing substantial HR metrics and migrating HR processes to a portal environment. Additionally, his team supports the PeopleSoft system, which is Owens Corning's global HR platform and the core system for all HR processes. Ray has had assignments in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, IT and HR. Ray has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, and has done graduate work in engineering and business.

Diana Unger -- Diana Unger is the Director of Human Resources for Pilkington North America's Automotive Glass Replacement business unit. Her accountabilities (executed by her team) include traditional Human Resources activities, as well as safety, health & environmental, organizational development, and operating excellence strategies (which includes Six Sigma activities). Her business unit has manufacturing and wholesale facilities in the US and Mexico, totaling 100+ locations and 1600 employees. Her first position at Pilkington was in the Training and Development department, with the primary objective of integrating LearnShare into 3 business units in the North American organization (1998). Diana has worked in the utility, OEM (automotive original equipment manufacturers), and automotive aftermarket industries for such companies as the Dayton Power & Light Company, The Robert Bosch Company, and Pilkington plc in positions such as Credit & Collections Manager, Customer Service Manger, Safety & Health, HR, and Training and Development.


Cathy Martin-- Cathy Martin has 18 years experience in the performance management, performance improvement, and training and development field. Cathy has worked at General Motors for two years, and is currently responsible for implementing GM's Executive and Salaried Employee Performance Management Process, GM's Executive 360-Degree Feedback Process, and GM’s Salaried Employee Individual Development Planning Process.
