When is my final presentation due and to whom do I submit it?
All final PowerPoint .ppt presentations are due on or before August 31, 2006 and should be submitted to Matt Franks at matt.franks@learnshare.com. |

In what format should my presentation be?
All final presentations should be in Microsoft PowerPoint .ppt format and use template format of your choice. |

What equipment will be set up in the rooms for speakers to use?
Each room will be equipped with a PC with Microsoft PowerPoint and an LCD Projector. Most rooms will also have flip charts and an overhead projector. |

Can I bring my own laptop from which to present?
We prefer you use the laptop we will be providing since your presentation will currently be loaded ready for your use.
 If you prefer to present from you own laptop, please bring it! Otherwise, LearnShare will have a laptop in each presentation room with an accompanying LCD projector from which you can display your presentation. |

How many hard copies of my presentation should I bring?
For planning purposes please plan on bringing at least 25 hard copies of your presentation for the audience. It would be helpful to have a few extras on hand in the event that we have late registrants for your session.
If you would like to make the hard copies of your presentations there is a Business Center on the Property of the Renaissance Atlanta Downtown Hotel.
Any printing charges incurred at the business center will have to be paid by the presenter, not by LearnShare. |

Do I need to register for the conference?
No, once you are selected as a speaker and assigned a specific presentation time slot you will receive a complementary registration which waives the $599 (normal registration fee) will be processed by our conference coordinator and you will receive a confirmation email. If you plan to stay over night, we have secured deep discounts for hotels and you should contact the hotel directly to make your own reservations. LearnShare does not pay for overnight accommodations. |

How do my colleagues register for this conference?
They need to register by following the online directions at Participant Registration. Pre-registration is required for all attendees and Early bird Registration continues through 7-31-06. Since you agreed to speak, all participants from your respective company will get to attend the event at the Member Rate!
We encourage you to take advantage of the Super Early Bird Special that lets you register two colleagues and then bring one free!! That expires 6-30-06. |
