Do I need to pre-register or can I wait until the day of the conference?
You must pre-register for the conference. Building security at the Renaissance Atlanta Hotel Downtown requires a list of conference attendees prior to September 13, 2006. Please sign up early and take advantage of the Super Early Bird registration fee by paying online with a credit card (click now to signup). After your payment is received, we will confirm your reservation within three business days. |

Can I pay for more than one person with one online payment?
Yes. When you make your online payment, enter up to five attendees contact information. After we receive your payment, you will be contacted within five business days to confirm your registration.
If you want to register more than five people, please email your registration information to conferences@learnshare.com and one of our conference coordinators will contact you to complete the registration. |

When paying by check, to whom do I mail the payment?
When paying by check, please include the number of attendees in the Questions or comments section of the registration form. An invoiced will be emailed back to you for the amount.

What hotels are near the conference?
We have reserved rooms at the Renaissance Atlanta Hotel Downtown at a rate of $159 a night. The block of rooms will be held until August 23, 2006 in order to get the group discount rate.
You will need to make your own reservations with the hotel directly and asking for the LearnShare group rate.

Where can I find public parking near conference?
Parking is available in a parking garage adjacent to the Hotel, with a covered walkway to the lobby level. Currently, self-parking fees are $14.00 per 24 hours with in and out privileges. Parking may be billed to the guestroom if desired. Valet parking is also available for a charge of $18.00 per 24 hours. Please notify your guests of these charges prior to arrival.
