Rob is Executive Director of Learning Services at Cingular Wireless, the largest provider of wireless voice and data services in the United States with more than 50 million customers. Rob leads the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences across all 65,000+ Cingular employees and also supports the learning of more than 120,000 agent/dealers, outsource partners and affiliates. Rob led the development and delivery of more than 2 million hours of training in a 5 week period during the acquisition of AT&T Wireless in 2004. Rob lives in Marietta, GA with his wife and 3 daughters.

Rick Carter is a 28-year UPS employee currently serving as the department manager of the Employee Performance & Development group in the Corporate Learning & Development Department. His career with UPS began as a delivery driver from which he was promoted into operations management, and then went on to other responsibilities in Industrial Engineering, Security, Communications, and Human Resources.
He is currently responsible for much of the employee training that touches virtually all of UPS’s approximate 370,000 employees worldwide. This training ranges from health and safety to package operations’ job methods to government regulations and much in between. Rick has more than 12 years experience in training and development at UPS, and holds a BS degree in English/Journalism and Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin--Oshkosh.
He serves on the Advisory Board for the Metro Employers of Atlanta, which assists high school students with their educational goals, and on the board of the National Coalition for Cooperative Education, which assists college-level students in the achievement of their educational and career goals. He is a member of the Corporate Executive Board’s Learning & Development Roundtable, Elliott Masie’s e-learning Consortium, and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification with the Society for Human Resources Management.

David has extensive experience in leading large scale corporate Learning and Organizational Development functions. He provides leadership for all Learning and Media solutions of Rollins and Orkin. Prior to joining Rollins, he was President of Strategic Learning Solutions and was VP and Managing Director of Raytheon Professional Services for The Americas. David has led corporate Learning and OD functions for BellSouth, Bank of Montreal, Aetna, ADP and General Motors. He has deep experience in Learning strategy development including e-Learning and Performance Centered solutions across a wide range of industries and business requirements.
